I convinced myself that long hours, endless coffee, and sheer willpower were just part of the journey. After all, wasn’t that what high achievers did? I’ve been where you are—pushing through exhaustion, trying to keep up with the demands of a high-pressure career. Here’s how my journey unfolded, and how I turned my passion for peak performance health into a mission to help ambitious professionals sustain success without burnout.
I was working long hours, skipping meals, and relying on caffeine to push through exhaustion. It worked—until it didn’t. My health started declining, and I knew something had to change.
I immersed myself in cutting-edge health research, working with functional medicine experts and performance scientists to understand how the body truly thrives.
One of my first clients was a rising public speaker. After I revamped their personal brand, they landed their first TEDx talk—and I was hooked. That was the moment I knew I wanted to focus on helping public speakers.
I officially launched my coaching practice, specializing in executive health optimization and burnout recovery for entrepreneurs and business leaders.
I expanded my work into corporate wellness, coaching leadership teams on how to create sustainable health habits for long-term performance.
I created my signature framework, The Performance Optimization Method™, a customized, science-backed system that helps high achievers sustain peak energy, focus, and longevity.
